Xiaolei Shi is the Audio System engineer and Sound Experience manager at NIO. He joined NIO in 2015 and is responsible for all the audio system of NIO brand by far, inlcuding the 1st generation ES8 with 5.1CH media delivered from end to end , the 2nd generation platform EL8 with Dolby Atmos enabled, and ET9 ahead in future. He graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree. The academy was jointly run by the University of Michigan. The first work was responsible for infotainment and audio system in 2010, when his audio career started.
